Meet Our Grooming Specialists

PRONOUNS HE/HIM

Danny began his career with makeup in his teen years and continued on to work for MAC and Sephora. He took to New York City to break into the fashion world. Danny worked backstage at New York Fashion Weeks with artists such as Kabuki, Edward Cruz, and the MAC Pro Team. He appeared on seasons of Project Runway and assisted industry veterans like Scott Patric and Roshar. His work has been published in GQ, teen VOGUE, Nylon Magazine, and more. 

Endlessly inspired by the world of beauty, in 2021, Danny became a New York licensed Master Barber. He has a keen eye for classic cuts with edge, avant-garde color, and trendy stylized design.

PRONOUNS HE/HIM

Omar Felix was born in Mexico and raised in Las Vegas, NV. After traveling the world as a successful commercial dancer and actor on stage and screen; he developed a passion for hair, leading him to move to NYC and study at Carsten-Aveda. Shortly after receiving his license, he quickly became a lead stylist/colorist, working for Thierry Mugler, CFDA Fashion Awards, Clarins, and Valentino Beauty, to name a few. After 10 years in the industry, he opened Hair Flow Boutique in SoHo. Now, Omar has joined the team at Barba Grooming Boutique as a colorist/stylist.

PRONOUNS HE/HIM

William got his start in 2012 as an assistant at Oribe salon in Miami. Shortly after was afforded editorial opportunities for Elle and Harpers Bazaar, as well as music video shoots, Miami Fashion Week, and clients represented by Wilhelmina, elite and IMG. 

William later moved to NYC where he worked as a hairstylist for Privé. There he acquired additional work for Mumford and Sons, models represented by Wilhelmina, elite, and Q. He’s considered a master with color - Balayage, highlighting, double processing as well as extension specialist, and from the runways of Victoria Secret’s Bombshell Blowout.

 
 

PRONOUNS THEY/THEM

Paprika Velour is a stylist/colorist, trained at Arrojo in 2017, with over a decade of experience creating personalized, elevated styles. They honed their craft for five years as an assistant to Janelle Chaplin, the former Global Creative Director of Original Mineral, a pioneer in clean color. Paprika’s portfolio spans fashion weeks, band styling, e-commerce, and editorial work, building a reputation for making “punk rock” feel luxurious. Known for lived-in looks and creative cuts and colors, they work with clients of all ages, expressions, and sexualities. Paprika’s philosophy centers on fostering autonomy—demystifying hair care and empowering clients to understand and love how their hair lives beyond the salon chair.

PRONOUNS HE/HIM

Grimm is a barber/stylist originally from Texas, now based in Jersey. With a background in music and over six years of experience in hair, his work celebrates bold, dramatic styles that speak to artists, outsiders, and visionaries. Specializing in editorial punk rock looks for all genders and lengths, as well as classic masculine cuts, Grimm blends creativity with precision. As a queer artist, he is deeply attuned to the needs of nonbinary clients, believing that hair defies gender. A 2019 graduate of All Eyes On Me in San Antonio, TX, Grimm’s passion ensures every haircut makes a statement.
